Meet Laura Marchello-Gonzales , Case Manager

I am a case manager and behavior coach with 5 years of experience in behavioral health, specializing in supporting children and adolescents. My work spans from preschool to high school, where I focus on emotional and behavioral growth, and create personalized, developmentally appropriate support strategies. 

With degrees in education, early childhood development, and history, along with a master's in history and public administration, I have a well-rounded approach to addressing both educational and behavioral needs. I am known for being empathetic, caring, and always striving to create child-centered, positive environments where kids can build confidence, manage challenges, and thrive academically. 

When I'm not working, I’m a mom, wife, and cat mom. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about pop culture—whether it’s movies, books, or the latest TV shows! I love connecting with others over shared interests, and I believe that building relationships, both personally and professionally, is key to fostering success in every area of life!
