At Roya Health, Jamella Sanchez serves as a non-bilingual therapist within the Behavioral Health Department, where she focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Her role includes conducting assessments, educating individuals on various coping skills for mental health management, crafting individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to address each member’s unique needs. She is committed to ensuring safe, effective treatment, with a focus on empowering patients through a solution-focused therapeutic perspective as well as achieving positive health outcomes. 

She brings years of counseling and social work experience, and a specialized skill set in crisis intervention, case management, and behavioral health. Her background includes working with diverse populations, from seniors and adults with serious mental illnesses to vulnerable community members facing complex challenges.
