Meet Herendida Rangel

Herendida Rangel is a licensed bilingual (English/Spanish) lead clinician providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in anxiety, substance use disorders, immigration trauma, sex trafficking and exploitation, self-harming behaviors, co-occurring disorders, and serious mental health conditions. 

With over seven years of experience, Herendida uses evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, SFBT, somatic therapy, and art therapy. She is ALTA-certified for Spanish-speaking therapy and holds certifications as a clinical trauma specialist in both individual and sex trafficking/exploitation treatment. 

Her mission is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that brings healing, empowerment, and hope to underserved communities.
