Dr. Alina Walden is a healthcare executive with extensive experience leading population health, value-based care, quality improvement, risk adjustment, and healthcare operations initiatives across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial populations, including high-risk, behavioral health, and medically fragile patient populations. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her career, Dr. Walden has led enterprise initiatives focused on HEDIS quality performance, utilization management, provider engagement, revenue cycle optimization, compliance, and CMS risk adjustment strategy. Prior to joining Roya Health as Director of Operations, she served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Adobe Population Health.

In addition to her clinical and operational leadership experience, Dr. Walden holds multiple AAPC certifications, including CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor), CPCO (Certified Professional Compliance Officer), CPC (Certified Professional Coder), and CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder), as well as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Her expertise in value-based care, CMS Quality/HEDIS STAR measures, behavioral health integration, and integrated care delivery strongly aligns with Roya Health’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes through operational excellence and whole-person care initiatives for complex populations.
